Maria Marutyan shooting a Sabatti ST-18 off a wooden post

Our next hero is Maria Marutyan, one of the prize winners at the 2025 national competition.

Three years into the sport, Maria has completed Azatazen’s six month precision shooting course and shot other matches as well. It was only after that persistent practice, with a Sabatti ST-18 in 6.5 Creedmoor, that she was able to put up a steady, high result.

Maria’s main advice is a single line: train constantly.
